Permit to Carry Course

We provide you with everything you need to get your permit to carry.  After the qualification, you will receive your certificate that you take to your Sheriff's Office.  You can qualify with your own weapon or we will supply you with one.

Handgun Maintenance

Details:
We will sit down together and learn how to disassemble your firearm and clean it.  We will learn about "tricks of the trade" to make it easier.  We will also learn how to lubricate and check for damage on your firearm.  We will reassemble the firearm and learn how to perform a function test to make sure it works correctly.

Basic Handgun Course

The goal of this course is to prepare and provide you with the fundamentals for safe, accurate and enjoyable firearms use.  In this course we will cover:

Classroom Portion

• Safe operation, ​basic nomenclature, loading & unloading the weapon, Shooting Fundamental,​ ammunition, ​selecting your firearm and much more.

 

After the classroom we will go on the range and complete the practical portion of the course.  Attendees should bring their own firearm and 50 rounds of ammunition.  If you do not have a firearm, there will be some on site.
Range Portion  

• Practice safely and proficiently load their firearm, utilize the safety procedures while using a firearm, practice the use of the 7 fundamentals of shooting and practice safely unloading and securing their firearm.

AR 15 Orientation Course

Details:
In this course we will cover the basic fundamentals as they relate to America's most popular firearm.  We will dispel the myths and provide you with the facts.  We will talk about firearm safety, loading, unloading, ammunition, fundamentals and more.  At the end of class you will be able to shoot your own AR or we will provide one.  This is a good course if you a new with your AR or if you want to learn about them before deciding to buy one.

AR Maintenace

In this course we will sit down together and clean your AR weapon.  We will discuss what is needed and also some of the "tricks of the trade" to make it easier.  We will disassemble your weapon, clean it, check for damage, reassemble your weapon and perform the function tests.

Active Shooter Response

In today's world unfortunately we hear about active shooter situations occurring.  Did you know this is not a recent occurrence?  
In this course we will discuss what is an active shooter? Why do they do it? More importantly, what can we do if we find ourselves in an active shooter situation?  This course can be done at our site or we can come to your site.

Non-Conventional Carry Techniques

Details:

Now is the best time to carry a firearm.  There have never been more options available to citizens to carry their weapon and exercise their 2nd Amendment Rights.  The drawback to this is that you can spend a lot of money trying out the different techniques.  In this class we discuss the pros and cons of many of the techniques that are available to you.  We also have examples of many different techniques for you to look at.  Afterwards, we will practice at the range using some of the techniques we discuss.
